Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

                                                                            1. Reservation & Payment Terms                                                 

• Standard Care & Pet Sitting Services: Full payment is required at least 5 days prior to the scheduled start date to confirm and lock in your reservation on our calendar. Unpaid reservations 5 days prior to arrival are subject to cancellation.

• Training & Reverse Board & Train Packages: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining 50% balance is due 5 days prior to the service start date.

• Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Cash, Check, and Credit Cards. (Payments made via Zelle, Cash, or Check incur zero processing fees. Credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees).

                                                                          2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 5 Days' Notice: Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund of any prepaid balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit for training packages, which can be credited toward future services).

• Within 5 Days of Service: Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled start date are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Because we hold dedicated time exclusively for your pet and limit our client capacity, late cancellations cannot be refilled on short notice.

• Early Returns / Early Terminations: No refunds or credits are issued for early returns or unused days once service has commenced.
